By accessing BigLuckyWin's educational visualization platform ("Platform"), you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Platform usage signifies full acceptance of all stated conditions.

This agreement exists between you (the "Participant") and BigLuckyWin, managed by CAPITAL SOLUTIONS SRL.

2. Participation Eligibility

Platform access requires satisfaction of the following criteria:

  • Capacity to form legally binding agreements
  • Provision of accurate, complete registration information
  • Absence of voluntary or regulatory participation restrictions
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and request supporting documentation at any time. Eligibility misrepresentation may result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Management

Account Establishment

Platform participation necessitates account creation through provision of:

  • Complete legal name
  • Functional email address
  • Valid telephone number
  • Accurate birth date
  • Secure access credentials

Account Responsibility

Participants bear full responsibility for:

  • Credential confidentiality and security
  • All activities conducted through their account
  • Prompt notification of unauthorized access or security concerns

Account sharing or multi-person access is strictly prohibited. Each individual may maintain only one active account.

4. Platform Purpose and Usage

Educational Nature

BigLuckyWin operates exclusively as an educational visualization platform. The Platform provides:

  • Interactive demonstrations of probability concepts
  • Big Lucky Win-inspired pattern visualizations
  • Number distribution explorations
  • Randomness observation tools

No Monetary Elements

Participants explicitly acknowledge that:

  • No monetary prizes, rewards, or payouts occur
  • No real-world lottery participation is facilitated
  • All visualizations are educational demonstrations only
  • Platform interaction carries no expectation of tangible outcomes

5. Acceptable Use Standards

Platform participants agree to refrain from:

  • Attempting unauthorized system access or security breaches
  • Interfering with platform operations or infrastructure
  • Deploying automated tools, bots, or scraping software
  • Misrepresenting identity or creating fraudulent accounts
  • Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Violating others' intellectual property rights
  • Engaging in harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or replicate platform technology

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund or compensation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership

All platform content, including but not limited to:

  • Visual designs and user interfaces
  • Software code and algorithms
  • Text, graphics, and multimedia content
  • Trademarks and brand identifiers
  • Visualization methodologies

remain the exclusive property of BigLuckyWin and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

Limited Usage License

Platform access grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use educational content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license permits no modification, reproduction, distribution, or derivative work creation without express written authorization.

7. Content Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any platform feature
  • Alter visualization offerings or educational content
  • Update user interfaces and navigation structures
  • Adjust operational procedures and policies

Content modifications may occur without advance notice. Continued platform usage following modifications constitutes acceptance of changes.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may experience downtime due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance and upgrades
  • Technical difficulties or system failures
  • External infrastructure dependencies
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

We bear no liability for temporary service interruptions or access limitations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
  • ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
  • CORRECTION OF DEFECTS OR ERRORS

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIGLUCKYWIN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES
  • DAMAGES ARISING FROM PLATFORM ACCESS OR USAGE
  • THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR CONTENT
  • SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DATA LOSS

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR PLATFORM ACCESS DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigLuckyWin, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Platform usage or misuse
  • Terms of Service violations
  • Infringement of third-party rights
  • Provision of false or misleading information

12. Account Termination

Voluntary Termination

Participants may terminate accounts at any time by contacting support@bigluckywin.net.

Involuntary Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately without notice for:

  • Terms of Service violations
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abusive or inappropriate conduct
  • Security concerns or unauthorized access attempts
  • Extended inactivity periods

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Canadian federal law and the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in British Columbia, Canada for dispute resolution.

Informal Resolution

Prior to formal legal action, parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution by contacting legal@bigluckywin.net.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Significant modifications will be communicated through:

  • Email notifications to registered accounts
  • Prominent platform notices
  • Updated "Effective Date" notation

Continued platform usage following modification notice constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to restore validity while preserving original intent.

16. Complete Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between participants and BigLuckyWin regarding platform usage, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
